In the 3rd minute, Monty Pythons DIF's Dick Söderlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ove Arvidsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Erik Falkrantz came out and tried to block the shot, but Ove Arvidsson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 6th minute. Harry Vase charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Vase the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Monty Pythons DIF got a freekick which was hit by Harry Vase. In the 12th minute, Manfred Andberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Karl-Erik Falkrantz. The goal made the score 3-0. After a rather tough play, Monty Pythons DIF's Sven-Ove Fredriksson got a free kick in the 16th minute. Jens-Ola Clementsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ture Granström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Erik Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Arvidsson in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Gunnar Gallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Vase got free with Karl-Erik Falkrantz in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monty Pythons DIF's Ture Granström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Kiempe in the 24th minute of play. Ture Granström came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Taktik M's Jens-Ola Clementsson. But to his dismay, Jens-Ola Clementsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Karl-Erik Falkrantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dick Söderlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Taktik M's Karl-Erik Falkrantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Taktik M from getting a goal against them. After 31 minutes of play, Monty Pythons DIF's Dick Söderlund made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Falkrantz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Dick Söderlund took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Karl-Erik Falkrantz to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Dick Söderlund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karl-Erik Falkrantz. That made the score 6-1 in the 39 minute of play. Karl-Erik Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Söderlund in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
If Jan-Erik Kiempe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Andberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Taktik M's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Falkrantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Vase in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Monty Pythons DIF's Harry Vase nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Erik Falkrantz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. Karl-Erik Falkrantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Vase, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Jens-Ola Clementsson made a precise shot to the right of Ture Granström. Monty Pythons DIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-2. When Jens-Ola Clementsson fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taktik M's protests and gave Jens-Ola Clementsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Taktik M's Jens-Ola Clementsson got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute Dick Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Falkrantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Erik Falkrantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Manfred Andberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Erik Falkrantz. Taktik M's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manfred Andberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-2. After 80 minutes of play, Monty Pythons DIF's Manfred Andberg made it 10-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Falkrantz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Monty Pythons DIF's Ture Granström got control of the ball when Jan-Erik Kiempe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Dick Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Falkrantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taktik M's Karl-Erik Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Andberg in the 91st minute of play. Karl-Erik Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Vase in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that Monty Pythons DIF were the better team. Monty Pythons DIF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
