Robin Josefsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tõnis Villemsaar's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Lucas Lindholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Robin Josefsson made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Vigil Calvo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robin Josefsson. The goal made the score 2-0. Harry Röd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Fransson in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Rossoneri Devils's Vigil Calvo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Josefsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 45th minute, Lucas Lindholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tõnis Villemsaar struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Robin Josefsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rossoneri Devils. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tõnis Villemsaar to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hjo BK booed when Rossoneri Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Siöman didn't get a good kick on the ball.
