In the 4th minute Mattias Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Röd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tõnis Villemsaar in the 7th minute of play forced Grebbestad's goalkeeper Tomas Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Skoog charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pontus Skoog the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rossoneri Devils's Fred Hedlund was substituted for George Blanck. Pontus Skoog kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Grebbestad getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Falkrans hit a great ball. After 14 minutes, Vigil Calvo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rossoneri Devils and the Grebbestad players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martin Lundgren charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Lundgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mattias Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Röd having to interfere. Harry Röd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pontus Skoog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tõnis Villemsaar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 34 minutes into the match, Grebbestad's goal looked a bit too open when Tõnis Villemsaar came free, but Tomas Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Grebbestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Mårtensson to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, Vigil Calvo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossoneri Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vigil Calvo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tomas Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tõnis Villemsaar in the 52nd minute of play. Marinos Kalfakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Grebbestad's goal looked a bit too open when Tõnis Villemsaar came free, but Tomas Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Rossoneri Devils's Harry Röd got control of the ball when Mattias Mårtensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Harry Röd successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 93rd minute Pontus Skoog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Röd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Pontus Skoog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rossoneri Devils were victorious despite being under pressure from Grebbestad for much of the match.
