Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ingvar Ambjörnsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Lekeryd booed when Rengsjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Kjellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Ambjörnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Henric Allbom made a huge save. Henric Allbom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Ambjörnsson's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes Lekeryd got a freekick which was hit by Axel Sandström. The Rengsjö fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Rengsjö's Ralf Haström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Rengsjö getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alfons Berg hit a great ball. Henric Allbom made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ingvar Ambjörnsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, Isaac Stenström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henric Allbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Ambjörnsson in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Rengsjö's Henric Allbom got control of the ball when Ingvar Ambjörnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 36 minutes of play Rengsjö's Alex Kjellman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alex Kjellman hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Isaac Stenström scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henric Allbom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ralf Haström struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Greger Björnberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rengsjö. The Lekeryd players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rengsjö were winning 1-2.

Greger Björnberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Herman Nordin. When Isaac Stenström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. A collision led to Lekeryd getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Isaac Stenström hit a great ball. When Ragnar Dusett fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rengsjö's protests and gave Ragnar Dusett a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rengsjö's Ragnar Dusett got a free kick in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Ambjörnsson in the 61st minute of play forced Rengsjö's goalkeeper Henric Allbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ralf Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, Ralf Haström notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lekeryd's Greger Björnberg. Greger Björnberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingvar Ambjörnsson struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Henric Allbom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lekeryd. After some careless play in the Rengsjö defense, Lars Söderberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henric Allbom. The Rengsjö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henric Allbom should have stopped the shot. Ingvar Ambjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralf Haström came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Greger Björnberg could save by the left post. Christer Salqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralf Haström got free with Greger Björnberg in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rengsjö had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
