Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Smygehamn FK's Sven Ahlstedt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Douglas Alebäck got free with David Pihlgren in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Roger Flinck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Pihlgren. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. In the 9th minute, Sven Ahlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 minutes of play, Smygehamn FK's Douglas Alebäck made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Pihlgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th match minute, Smygehamn FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Flinck to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Bo-Erik Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo-Erik Ros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, Bo-Erik Ros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jakob Helander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Pihlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bo-Erik Ros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Helander having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo-Erik Ros in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakob Helander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ's David Pihlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Ahlstedt in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 53 minutes Smygehamn FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rune Västerstrand who took care of the corner kick. Rune Västerstrand made a great header on รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ's corner, it was just that Smygehamn FK's Jakob Helander managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 55th minute, Sven Ahlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Douglas Alebäck struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. David Pihlgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smygehamn FK. In the 66th minute, Bo-Erik Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Alebäck in the 70th minute of play forced รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ's goalkeeper David Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ booed when Smygehamn FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Flinck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven Ahlstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Hernström in the 92nd minute of play forced รтσ૮ҡɦσℓɱ ƒσσтɓαℓℓ's goalkeeper David Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
