The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Helge Houdini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Täman having to interfere. Jerry Täman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Lundström in the 10th minute of the match. Åke Ahlberg's late challenge caught a Kolarby AFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Ahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kolarby AFK booed when Glanshammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Ahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magnus Hermansson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Magnus Hermansson during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Glanshammar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kolarby AFK:s goal. Leon Gierlach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Ahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Helge Houdini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kolarby AFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Houdini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerry Täman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georg Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Täman having to interfere. Jonas Falkrantz charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Falkrantz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute, Jonas Falkrantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Lundström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerry Täman came out and tried to block the shot, but Georg Lundström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 33rd minute. When Helge Houdini came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kolarby AFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helge Houdini couldn't finish the play. After 41 played minutes Glanshammar got a freekick which was hit by Åke Ahlberg. Jerry Täman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Helge Houdini went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Elias Lund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Gierlach was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The wind increased when Elias Lund made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Kolarby AFK's Dick Ljungberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dick Ljungberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kolarby AFK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dick Ljungberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kolarby AFK! Georg Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jerry Täman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerry Täman came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Kolarby AFK's Helge Houdini. But to his dismay, Helge Houdini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Isac Alströmmer fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kolarby AFK's protests and gave Isac Alströmmer a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Kolarby AFK got a freekick which was hit by Isac Alströmmer. Jerry Täman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georg Lundström went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 68 minutes into the game, Tri Trapaidze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kolarby AFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glanshammar the free kick. After 68 played minutes Kolarby AFK got a freekick which was hit by Tri Trapaidze. With a little luck, Kolarby AFK's Leon Gierlach got control of the ball when Elias Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Lund in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Gierlach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Sören Melberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Gierlach was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Elias Lund might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Gierlach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Lund ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Glanshammar booed when Kolarby AFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Lundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerry Täman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georg Lundström went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Leon Gierlach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Falkrantz, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Kolarby AFK's Leon Gierlach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Kolarby AFK from getting a goal against them. Glanshammar's Magnus Hermansson got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Magnus Hermansson off the ground. In the 95th minute, Magnus Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Kolarby AFK booed when Glanshammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Falkrantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kolarby AFK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
