Sture Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Wennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Malmens FF booed when Juniorerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Snäll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Wennerström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Joel Wennersten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malmens FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Wennersten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Malmens FF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Joel Wennersten hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Malmens FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Juniorerna.
