The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Magne Rosen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 35 played minutes Bobygda AIF got a freekick which was hit by Alec Dalton. Wilhelm Olsson took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magne Rosen. Magne Rosen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute, Wilhelm Olsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magne Rosen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Wilhelm Olsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magne Rosen was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmie Gunnarsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Wilhelm Olsson managed to get in a good position for a shot.
