Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sture Löfskog kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the game, one of Bobygda AIF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jan-Åke Bergman shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Rickard Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute of the match, Rickard Damm got a very nice opportunity to score, but Magne Rosen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kent Åkerman hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jimmie Gunnarsson's late challenge caught a Väderstad IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmie Gunnarsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Väderstad IF booed when Bobygda AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zebastian Näver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georg Törnqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Lundgren having to interfere. Ivar Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Törnqvist in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Sture Löfskog mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Väderstad IF and the Bobygda AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sture Löfskog kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Väderstad IF's Kent Åkerman got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Einar Granqvist made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bobygda AIF's Zebastian Näver. Sture Löfskog kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Edwin Modig made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lennart Östensson immediately put the ball in play. 85 minutes into the match, Väderstad IF's Sture Löfskog sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Rosen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Rickard Damm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Väderstad IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
