Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Veberöd's Sven Nilsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Villiam Olsson came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Väderstad's Joel Nordström. But to his dismay, Joel Nordström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joel Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Villiam Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Wiktor Finnman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Väderstad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Finnman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Villiam Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villiam Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Nordström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Nordström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Villiam Olsson having to make a save. Emanuel Ingemarsson struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Knut Ekström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veberöd. If Roland Bodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 28 played minutes Väderstad got a freekick which was hit by Ian Dahlqvist. In the 29th minute, Christer Vacker sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Väderstad's Knut Ekström didn't even have to move. In the 32nd match minute, Väderstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Väderstad's goalkeeper Knut Ekström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Bodin. Veberöd's Roland Bodin got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Nilsson in the 44th minute of play forced Väderstad's goalkeeper Knut Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Veberöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Tomasson to maneuver through the defense.

After 55 played minutes Veberöd got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Ståhlman. A collision led to Veberöd getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Manfred Smed hit a great ball. Wiktor Finnman charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wiktor Finnman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roland Bodin struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Knut Ekström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veberöd. In the 71st minute Wiktor Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veberöd's Villiam Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Finnman in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Veberöd getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sven-Erik Ståhlman hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the game, Roland Bodin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Knut Ekström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Knut Ekström came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Veberöd's Roland Bodin. But to his dismay, Roland Bodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Sven Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Veberöd's Sven Nilsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Knut Ekström narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
