Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Torbjörn Henriksson started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Gösta Nordin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jens-Ola Lindell. Ingvar Nyberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Fredrik Nordström made a huge save. In the 13thth minute of the game Gösta Nordin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frosta HC's Jens-Ola Lindell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gösta Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jens-Ola Lindell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Rolf Adelsköld had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Lindell. Frosta HC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolf Adelsköld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The Lock Stock FF fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Lock Stock FF's Gösta Nordin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gösta Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Gösta Nordin struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jens-Ola Lindell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lock Stock FF. 34 minutes into the game, Lock Stock FF's Evert Wennersten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Lindell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If Rolf Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Lock Stock FF's goalkeeper Fredrik Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Nyberg. Evert Wennersten hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Fredrik Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Hjeltman in the 42nd minute of play. Patrik Brander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Nordin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Lindell having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gösta Nordin made a kick off. Gösta Nordin didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-5 via right post in the game's 54th minute. Lock Stock FF's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Fredrik Soned received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jens-Ola Lindell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arne Sundström charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arne Sundström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Frosta HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Sundström to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Brander was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Gösta Nordin took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Jens-Ola Lindell to make any attempt to save it. In the 71st minute, Gösta Nordin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patrik Brander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredrik Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliot Hjeltman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 76 minutes, Gösta Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lock Stock FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Nordin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrik Brander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Ola Lindell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Gösta Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Lindell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Patrik Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 83 in the game by Gösta Nordin from a close distance when the talented Jens-Ola Lindell managed to make a qualified save. Frosta HC's players were relieved. After 84 minutes, Gösta Nordin made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Frosta HC's Jens-Ola Lindell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gösta Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jens-Ola Lindell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Frosta HC's Linus Hamnberg got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th play minute Gösta Nordin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jens-Ola Lindell. 0-8. Lock Stock FF played a much better game than Frosta HC and deserved their victory. The Frosta HC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
