The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvald Borre during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Skurup booed when Forza dvN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvald Borre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forza dvN's Jörgen Grönlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Forza dvN from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Forza dvN's goalkeeper Jörgen Grönlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Stigsson. In the 25th minute Tony Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Grönlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skurup's Sebastian Apelqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Borre in the 28th minute of play. Jörgen Grönlund made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Tony Stigsson sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Osvald Borre made the kick off in the second half. Sven Ekeberg took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Grönlund. Jörgen Grönlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Tony Stigsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Eric Bergqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Grönlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Olof Örtendahl hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Tony Jönsson had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Forza dvN's Kjell Hård was substituted for Tony Jönsson. Sebastian Apelqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Borre in the 82nd minute of play. Jörgen Grönlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven Ekeberg went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 87 minutes of play, Skurup's Tony Stigsson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jörgen Grönlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tony Stigsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Grönlund having to interfere. Forza dvN's Jörgen Grönlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Stigsson in the 94th minute of play. Jörgen Grönlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Stigsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skurup had won after a very even match.
