Gert Axelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Gummeson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gert Axelsson came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Havstenssund RK's Tage Ålberg. But to his dismay, Tage Ålberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Gummeson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gert Axelsson saved Praetorians FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Havstenssund RK's zone, Felix Vennerdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Valrot came out of the goal and Felix Vennerdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 21 played minutes Havstenssund RK got a freekick which was hit by Göran Möller. After having played for 23 minutes, Felix Vennerdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Praetorians FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Vennerdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andreas Gummeson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Havstenssund RK's Henry Valrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Wester in the 45th minute of play. Havstenssund RK's Edmund Söderqwist suffered a sore thigh after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Kevin Heggert's late challenge caught a Havstenssund RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Heggert helped the player get up and apologised. Kevin Heggert kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Tage Ålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Axelsson having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tage Ålberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Vilhelm Juhlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zebastian Arenstedt came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Praetorians FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zebastian Arenstedt couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes Havstenssund RK got a freekick which was hit by Göran Möller. Henry Valrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Wester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Havstenssund RK got a freekick which was hit by Harry Magnusson. Praetorians FC's Kjell Wester got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felix Vennerdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kjell Wester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Vennerdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Henry Valrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Praetorians FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Havstenssund RK's performance. The match ended with a win for Havstenssund RK.
