The Royal Pingst fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Royal Pingst's Nils-Emil Vennerkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 10 minutes into the match, Royal Pingst's John Wennerberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 14 played minutes Real Madrid CF got a freekick which was hit by Gottfrid Strömbom. After 16 played minutes Royal Pingst got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Emil Vennerkvist. In the 19th minute, Nils-Emil Vennerkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torbjörn Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Edgar Kaxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Real Madrid CF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Royal Pingst:s goal. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid CF's Marcus Norberg got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 36th minute of the match John Wennerberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars Björk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nils-Emil Vennerkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Lars Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Sandell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Björk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Emil Vennerkvist's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alexander Lindsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Lars Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Royal Pingst booed when Real Madrid CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nils-Emil Vennerkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Nils-Emil Vennerkvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Alexander Lindsten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lars Björk. Real Madrid CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Lindsten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 71 minutes, Marcus Norberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madrid CF and the Royal Pingst players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcus Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Royal Pingst's John Wennerberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lars Björk but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Edward Sandell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Björk was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Lars Björk was a little too slow when Nils-Emil Vennerkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. Royal Pingst's Edgar Kaxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Bruhn in the 79th minute of play. Lars-Erik Bruhn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Torbjörn Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils-Emil Vennerkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexander Lindsten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Lars Björk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nils-Emil Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Björk having to interfere. Lars Björk made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Alexander Lindsten sent off a good shot on target. Alexander Lindsten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Royal Pingst played a much better game than Real Madrid CF and deserved their victory. The Real Madrid CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
