In the 23rdth minute of the game Emilio Pomponio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hjälmen FC's Emil Hjortsberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Virgílio Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Hjälmen FC's Rudolf Johansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Hedberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
