Spectators: 7374 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fredrik Sandell started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Bengt-Åke Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Friska Viljor FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Åke Björklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Romero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 4 played minutes Friska Viljor FC got a freekick which was hit by Selcuk Bayraktar. If Arvid Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Victoro Argos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pär Kiempe. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Selcuk Bayraktar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Baldomero Romero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute David Lenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Lenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Elite FZ getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Viktor Vestberg hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Drăghincescu in the 34th minute of play forced Elite FZ's goalkeeper Baldomero Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes Elite FZ got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Sundin. If Selcuk Bayraktar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Selcuk Bayraktar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Elite FZ's goalkeeper Baldomero Romero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Lenberg made a kick off. Selcuk Bayraktar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Baldomero Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Elite FZ's Baldomero Romero got control of the ball when Edgar Drăghincescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Arvid Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elite FZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvid Ström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Kiempe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pär Kiempe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Ström in the 61st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Drăghincescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Romero. That made the score 1-3 in the 62 minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Oliver Delin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Friska Viljor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elite FZ the free kick. After 68 played minutes Friska Viljor FC got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Delin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Drăghincescu got free with Baldomero Romero in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Arvid Ström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pär Kiempe was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Pär Kiempe came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Elite FZ's Fredrik Sandell. But to his dismay, Fredrik Sandell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Tor Widberg's late challenge caught a Elite FZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tor Widberg helped the player get up and apologised. Pär Kiempe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvid Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Friska Viljor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Sandell came free, but Pär Kiempe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Drăghincescu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Selcuk Bayraktar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Friska Viljor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selcuk Bayraktar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Friska Viljor FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Friska Viljor FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
