After 4 minutes of play, Friska Viljor FC's Selcuk Bayraktar made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Fors was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Fors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Lenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Edgar Drăghincescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Fors could save by the left post. In the 23rd minute, Bengt-Åke Björklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Tony Childs notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Friska Viljor FC's Pär Kiempe. Pär Kiempe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Åke Löv in the 30th minute of play forced Billingsfors BK's goalkeeper Daniel Fors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd play minute Selcuk Bayraktar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Fors. 2-1. Thor Lindblom hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A collision led to Friska Viljor FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bengt-Åke Löv hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Erik Backlund in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Kiempe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, Friska Viljor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Childs came free, but Pär Kiempe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Jens-Erik Backlund made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bengt-Åke Löv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Childs in the 54th minute of play forced Friska Viljor FC's goalkeeper Pär Kiempe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Fors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Drăghincescu in the 59th minute of play. Daniel Fors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Friska Viljor FC's Tor Widberg was substituted for Bengt-Åke Björklund. When Billingsfors BK's Tony Childs in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Friska Viljor FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
