In the 24th minute Karl-Axel Granqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionel Zmărăndache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Karlsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Johnsson having to make a save. A collision led to Vegby getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Vilhelm Viberg hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Vegby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Blom to maneuver through the defense. Vegby's Otto Brummer got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Asarums Gois's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Brummer came free, but Richard Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomasz Radzyminski kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Norbert Degutis made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Christer Magnusson. In the 47th minute, Börje Vesterberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Brummer in the 49th minute of play forced Asarums Gois's goalkeeper Richard Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Ionel Zmărăndache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Lindström in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Vegby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Radzyminski to maneuver through the defense. When Christian Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Asarums Gois fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Strömberg couldn't finish the play. If Christer Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Lindström in the 61st minute of play forced Vegby's goalkeeper Ionel Zmărăndache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Asarums Gois's Jonatan Wall got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Richard Johnsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Karl-Oskar Blom. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Axel Granqvist during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastian Fagerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Asarums Gois's goalkeeper Richard Johnsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ionel Zmărăndache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Vesterberg in the 81st minute of play. Vegby's Ionel Zmărăndache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Lindström in the 87th minute of play. Ionel Zmărăndache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Axel Granqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vegby's goalkeeper Ionel Zmărăndache, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Asarums Gois fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vegby had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
