Per-Olof Granberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Husby FK. The audience was convinced that Ivar Bergman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Olof Granberg was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Zygmunt Narbut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stellan Felin in the 34th minute of the match. Per-Olof Granberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Bergman went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Basilio Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Per-Olof Granberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ivar Bergman made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ivar Bergman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Olof Granberg. meldo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivar Bergman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Bergman in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Granberg saved meldo from getting behind. After 69 played minutes meldo got a freekick which was hit by Göran Haraldsson. When Ivar Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Husby FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Bergman couldn't finish the play. Per-Olof Granberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Husby FK's Basilio Jerrold nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per-Olof Granberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0.
