Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stig Danielsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Åke Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Carl Björnberg came free in the 8th minute and tried to tip the ball over Jörgen Kolberg, but to the joy of Grimstorp Primavera's supporters the ball went over. The crowd rose to their feet as Göteborgs Äldre's Bengt-Rune Åhman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jörgen Kolberg. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Carl Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jörgen Kolberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Göteborgs Äldre's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Danielsson came free, but Ingvar Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Stig Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimstorp Primavera's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Albom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carl Björnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jörgen Kolberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Carl Björnberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bengt-Rune Åhman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Kolberg having to interfere. Valter Hansson hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Carl Björnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carl Björnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. If Carl Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Åhman to strike the kick off in the second half. Olov Löfdahl struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ingvar Albom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grimstorp Primavera. When Kristoffer Allbom came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Grimstorp Primavera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristoffer Allbom couldn't finish the play. Jörgen Kolberg came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Göteborgs Äldre's Bengt-Rune Åhman. But to his dismay, Bengt-Rune Åhman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Bengt-Rune Åhman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Löfdahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ingvar Albom made a huge save. Göteborgs Äldre's Åke Håkansson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ingvar Albom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Kristoffer Allbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ingvar Albom. That made the score 2-1 in the 76 minute of play. In the 80th minute Carl Björnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Kolberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Grimstorp Primavera's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Håkansson came free, but Jörgen Kolberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grimstorp Primavera's goalkeeper Jörgen Kolberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Carl Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Göteborgs Äldre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Berggren couldn't finish the play.
