Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Harestad's Eskil Ingemarsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Afghan booed when Harestad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Nordlander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 顾川然 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gunnar Pilblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bertil Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Blomqvist in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Eskil Ingemarsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bertil Lindberg to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Kubrat Gazenov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Afghan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Gustav Törnblom came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Afghan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Törnblom couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes of play, Afghan's Gustav Törnblom made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gunnar Pilblad was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Afghan's goalkeeper Bertil Lindberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eskil Ingemarsson. After a rather tough play, Harestad's Anton Alströmmer got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute, Johan Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Afghan were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 顾川然 was the one to do the kick off. Gilbert Julin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Anton Alströmmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes, Åke Dahlgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harestad and the Afghan players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Harestad getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Åke Dahlgren hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Afghan's goal looked a bit too open when Eskil Ingemarsson came free, but Bertil Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 顾川然 came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gunnar Pilblad could save by the left post. Jens-Ove Rydelius charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Ove Rydelius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Afghan got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Rydelius. Bertil Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eskil Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 顾川然 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jonny Bjursell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gunnar Pilblad. That made the score 1-3 in the 81 minute of play. After 85 played minutes Afghan got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Törnblom. 89 minutes into the game, Harestad's Eskil Ingemarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bertil Lindberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Alströmmer in the 95th minute of play forced Afghan's goalkeeper Bertil Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afghan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
