Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bengt-Rune Åhman took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Hjelm in the 5th minute of play forced Göteborgs Äldre's goalkeeper Ingvar Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Göteborgs Äldre's Carl Berggren got a free kick in the 6th minute. Esbjörn Nordström charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esbjörn Nordström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Esbjörn Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viggo Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Åhman in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Peder Hurtig reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viggo Benet. The goal made the score 1-0. The throw-in from Carl Björnberg in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BK Bröt's Karl-Johan Söderberg. Ingvar Albom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Hjelm, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Alf Hjelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Göteborgs Äldre's goal looked a bit too open when Wictor Asplund came free, but Ingvar Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viggo Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Rune Åhman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Ted Linberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Bröt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience was convinced that Karl-Johan Söderberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingvar Albom was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Ingvar Albom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Hjelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alf Hjelm managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Bröt's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Hjelm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Albom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 36 played minutes Göteborgs Äldre got a freekick which was hit by Carl Berggren. 40 minutes into the match, Göteborgs Äldre's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Hjelm came free, but Ingvar Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göteborgs Äldre were furious when Peder Hurtig was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 41st minute, one of Göteborgs Äldre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Göteborgs Äldre. The referee gave BK Bröt a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alf Hjelm, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Göteborgs Äldre's Ingvar Albom. 1-2.

The wind increased when Alf Hjelm made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Åke Håkansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göteborgs Äldre's supporters rose to their feet, but Åke Håkansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viggo Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wictor Asplund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ingvar Albom made a huge save. Karl-Oskar Brandin hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Karl-Johan Söderberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, BK Bröt's Alf Hjelm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingvar Albom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Göteborgs Äldre's Ingvar Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Asplund in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Wictor Asplund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Ingvar Albom successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alf Hjelm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ingvar Albom made a huge save. Ingvar Albom made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alf Hjelm sent off a good shot on target. If Alf Hjelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Ted Linberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ingvar Albom came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by BK Bröt's Ted Linberg. But to his dismay, Ted Linberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Åke Håkansson took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viggo Benet. Viggo Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The Göteborgs Äldre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BK Bröt were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
