In the 3rd minute Conny Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Åhus's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Stolpe came free, but Leonard Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Per Siggman made a precise shot to the right of Dime Jankulovski. Al Nassr's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 14 played minutes Åhus got a freekick which was hit by Mårten Dalström. Dime Jankulovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Siggman in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Christer Stolpe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Johnsson was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Leonard Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Stolpe in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Åhus getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Per-Åke Elg hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Al Nassr's Christer Stolpe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Christer Stolpe took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Leonard Johnsson to make any attempt to save it. In the 38th minute Christer Stolpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match, Conny Eliasson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leonard Johnsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 44th minute of the match Mårten Dalström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dime Jankulovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Siggman in the 55th minute of play forced Al Nassr's goalkeeper Dime Jankulovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes Al Nassr's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thomas Rönn who took care of the corner kick. Åhus's Thomas Rönn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dime Jankulovski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 60 minutes into the match, Åhus's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Stolpe came free, but Leonard Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agne Löfgren hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Adam Morat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dime Jankulovski skillfully saved the ball. In the 66th match minute, Al Nassr was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oihan Arribas to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Al Nassr got a freekick which was hit by William Walroth. After a rather tough play, Al Nassr's Agne Löfgren got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 75 minutes of play, Al Nassr's Oihan Arribas made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Johnsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the match, Christer Stolpe notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Åhus's Leonard Johnsson. Leonard Johnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Kevin Häll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agne Löfgren made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Åhus's Mårten Dalström. Leonard Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Stolpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Al Nassr's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
