But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Deckbergh couldn't finish the play. FC Adesant's Kjell Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Karlsson in the 44th minute of play. The FC Adesant players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Ibra were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sten Wallander to make the kick off. Kjell Isaksson made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Olof Sigman sent off a good shot on target. Kjell Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Sigman took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjell Isaksson. Kjell Isaksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in FC Adesant's zone, Manfred Karlsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Isaksson came out of the goal and Manfred Karlsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Thor Andersson fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Adesant's protests and gave Thor Andersson a yellow card for diving instead. Thor Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Bo Hamberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Olof Sigman could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Kjell Isaksson however easily saved by the left post. FC Adesant's Kjell Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Deckbergh in the 76th minute of play. Manfred Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kjell Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, FC Adesant's goalkeeper Kjell Isaksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Sigman. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Benjamin Deckbergh took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Kjell Isaksson to make any attempt to save it. Benjamin Deckbergh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Olof Sigman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Adesant's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Olof Sigman scored to the left of an out of position Kjell Isaksson, making the score, 0-8. FC Ibra played a much better game than FC Adesant and deserved their victory. The FC Adesant players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
