Spectators: 7467 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mårten Klemensson made the kick off which started today's match. Nils-Emil Strömberg had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Emanuel Larsson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. A nice corner shot did that Bengt Grelsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nils-Emil Strömberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Cool Ball Runners's zone, Emanuel Larsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Emil Strömberg came out of the goal and Emanuel Larsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bengt Grelsson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Emil Strömberg. Nils-Emil Strömberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bengt Grelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Nils-Emil Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Lundin kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cool Ball Runners's Nils-Emil Strömberg got control of the ball when Bengt Grelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bengt Grelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Nils-Emil Strömberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Emanuel Larsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nils-Emil Strömberg. Emanuel Larsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 43rd minute Emanuel Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Emil Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greger Pilblad took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Emil Strömberg. Nils-Emil Strömberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Larsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Nils-Emil Strömberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt Grelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt Grelsson hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Emanuel Larsson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Nils-Emil Strömberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ahlin. If Bengt Grelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cool Ball Runners's Nils-Emil Strömberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Grelsson in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mårten Klemensson during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Mårten Klemensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When FC Ahlin's Bengt Grelsson in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute, Emanuel Larsson made a precise shot to the right of Nils-Emil Strömberg. Cool Ball Runners's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Larsson in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Emil Strömberg saved Cool Ball Runners from getting behind. Nils-Emil Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Grelsson in the 81st minute of the match. FC Ahlin's Emanuel Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Bengt Grelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ahlin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Bengt Grelsson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC Ahlin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt Grelsson couldn't finish the play. FC Ahlin walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
