Nils-Emil Strömberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Håkan Pilblad's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Cool Ball Runners's Nils-Emil Strömberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Beck in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Dag Kalfhage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Emil Strömberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Cool Ball Runners defense, Dag Kalfhage kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils-Emil Strömberg. The Cool Ball Runners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils-Emil Strömberg should have stopped the shot. Dag Kalfhage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nils-Emil Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Kjellbom in the 25th minute of play. If Marcus Kjellbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils-Emil Strömberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dag Kalfhage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Cool Ball Runners players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dalarö FF were winning 0-1.
