An unexpectedly hard shot by Nouman Faris in the 7th minute of play forced Vitesharks's goalkeeper Jörgen Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Reine Beckström threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vitesharks's Tord Löfdahl quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Vitesharks getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Holger Harlén hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Robert Nilsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benedicto Nastasio. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Robert Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Nastasio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Melker Marcelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Askberg got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gustaf Strömberg. Hägersten's Benedicto Nastasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Nilsson in the 31st minute of play. Jörgen Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Marcelli in the 38th minute of the match. Jörgen Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nouman Faris in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vitesharks's Robert Nilsson got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Nilsson was the one to do the kick off. Nouman Faris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jörgen Bergqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Nouman Faris slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 54th minute. Johannes Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Bengt-Åke Gustafsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hägersten's Gustaf Strömberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 62nd minute, Joseph Ahlström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Vitesharks's Tord Löfdahl got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Nilsson in the 66th minute of play forced Hägersten's goalkeeper Benedicto Nastasio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Hägersten's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Vik came free, but Benedicto Nastasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Vitesharks's Johannes Samuelsson made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedicto Nastasio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Melker Marcelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jörgen Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Bengtsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jörgen Bergqvist. Vitesharks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torbjörn Bengtsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Vitesharks's attentive Karl-Johan Örtlund managed to snatch the ball when Reine Beckström made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Hägersten defense, Robert Nilsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Nastasio. The Hägersten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Nastasio should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hägersten players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vitesharks.
