Allan Lundgren ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Björkängs FF! Elias Andersson went to the wrong direction when Allan Lundgren was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Elias Andersson made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Sven-Erik Felin sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristian Blom during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Kalmar FFK got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Blom. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kalmar FFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Björkängs FF a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Anthon Grönberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalmar FFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthon Grönberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Andersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Kristian Blom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elias Andersson. Kristian Blom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 41st minute, Sven-Erik Felin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anton Valler came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Björkängs FF's Paul Björnsson. But to his dismay, Paul Björnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The Kalmar FFK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Björkängs FF were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Erik Felin to make the kick off. Jens-Erik Bredberg hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, Sven-Erik Felin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Björkängs FF's Elias Andersson. Elias Andersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elias Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Grönberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Despite being the better team, Kalmar FFK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
