The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Blackstad FF booed when Dalarö FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Kjellbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Kalfhage in the 93rd minute of play forced Blackstad FF's goalkeeper Viktor Dalström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
