Lennart Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Söderman having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Lennart Karlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonny Söderman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erland Örtlund charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erland Örtlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erland Örtlund kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Lennart Karlsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonny Söderman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bengt-Rune Wållander might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonny Söderman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bengt-Rune Wållander ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Fritz Hultman got control of the ball when Melker Engman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chuba Chubba Akpom's Adrian Snäll got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Garphyttan defense, Adrian Snäll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonny Söderman. The Garphyttan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonny Söderman should have stopped the shot. Lennart Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Söderman having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Melker Engman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garphyttan's supporters rose to their feet, but Melker Engman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fritz Hultman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fritz Hultman made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Melker Engman sent off a good shot on target. After 46 minutes of play, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Lennart Karlsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonny Söderman was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bengt-Rune Wållander to make the kick off. Bengt-Rune Wållander hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Bengt-Rune Wållander struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jonny Söderman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuba Chubba Akpom. 58 minutes into the game, Adrian Snäll was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chuba Chubba Akpom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garphyttan the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Chuba Chubba Akpom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Snäll to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Bengt-Rune Wållander notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Garphyttan's Jonny Söderman. Jonny Söderman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goalkeeper Jonny Söderman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Rune Wållander. Melker Engman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Fritz Hultman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Karlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Garphyttan's Göran Molander got a free kick in the 76th minute. Garphyttan's Jonny Söderman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Rune Wållander in the 83rd minute of play. Lennart Karlsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonny Söderman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lennart Karlsson ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Bengt-Rune Wållander put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Jonny Söderman. The supporters of Garphyttan booed when Chuba Chubba Akpom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Snäll didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, Garphyttan's Henk Sturkenboom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fritz Hultman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garphyttan reached it.
