In the 11th minute, Mattias Strandberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charlie Björklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Zé Roberto Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Man United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Roberto Cavalcante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Björkås's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Roberto Cavalcante came free, but Charlie Björklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Man United's Zé Roberto Cavalcante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlie Björklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 24 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto Cavalcante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Charlie Björklund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Man United booed when Björkås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Man United were awarded a corner. Thomas Falk went to the cornerflag to take it. Man United's Zé Roberto Cavalcante got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charlie Björklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mattias Strandberg went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 36 minutes, Zé Roberto Cavalcante made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Björkås's Charlie Björklund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Björkås booed when Man United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Leppilampi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils-Åke Bergström lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Björkås's Walter Olsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herbert Thorsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Roberto Cavalcante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Man United's Zé Roberto Cavalcante slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Charlie Björklund. That made the score 0-6 after 53 minutes of play. In the 59th minute, Zé Roberto Cavalcante reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Charlie Björklund. The goal made the score 0-7. When Zé Roberto Cavalcante came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Man United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Roberto Cavalcante couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, Thomas Falk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Charlie Björklund, 0-8. Sten Lundblad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Charlie Björklund made a huge save. Charlie Björklund made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sten Lundblad sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Björkås's zone, Thomas Falk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charlie Björklund came out of the goal and Thomas Falk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Björklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Strandberg in the 79th minute of the match. Charlie Björklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Fastesson in the 82nd minute. Charlie Björklund didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 1-9. In the 87th minute Sten Lundblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Sten Lundblad got a very nice opportunity to score, but Charlie Björklund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 91 minutes in the game, Mattias Strandberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Charlie Björklund having to interfere. Charlie Björklund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Roberto Cavalcante showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 93 minute of play. The Björkås fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Man United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
