Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Svante Lindmark started the match with the kick off. Arvid Enegren had several of the IFK Sponsor's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 2 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Fredric Engström as he didn't even see the shot coming. Roger Öberg struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Fredric Engström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landskrona BoIS. In the 11th minute, Edwin Pil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arvid Enegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute Edward Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sar-Shalom Fish saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathias Frykberg kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Arvid Enegren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Fredric Engström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Edward Jönsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Sponsor's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Jönsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sar-Shalom Fish breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to IFK Sponsor getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Edwin Pil hit a great ball. IFK Sponsor:s Fredric Engström showed great skill when he stopped Peter Kolberg:s penalty. Peter Kolberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 34th playminute. If Roger Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute Roger Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sar-Shalom Fish took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Pil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredric Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Öberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 47th match minute, IFK Sponsor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Edwin Pil's late challenge caught a Landskrona BoIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edwin Pil helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, IFK Sponsor's Edwin Pil got a free kick in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Sponsor's zone, Roger Öberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredric Engström came out of the goal and Roger Öberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Landskrona BoIS's attentive Mathias Frykberg managed to snatch the ball when Adrian Bäck made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. Fredric Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Enegren in the 62nd minute of the match. Fredric Engström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvid Enegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Öberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fredric Engström having to make a save. Christoffer Ahlquist's late challenge caught a Landskrona BoIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christoffer Ahlquist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, one of IFK Sponsor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Sponsor. The referee gave Landskrona BoIS a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Peter Kolberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of IFK Sponsor's Fredric Engström. 4-0. Fredric Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Öberg in the 75th minute of the match. IFK Sponsor's Herbert Forsberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Herbert Forsberg off the ground. A collision led to IFK Sponsor getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Herbert Forsberg hit a great ball. When Landskrona BoIS's Arvid Enegren in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Sponsor's goalie prevented a goal. Fredric Engström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Öberg's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 91st minute, Edwin Pil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Arvid Enegren in the 92nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 95th minute Roger Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Landskrona BoIS were the better team. Landskrona BoIS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
