Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eric Hjeltman took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lakene IFK's goalkeeper Edgar Stephansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match, Hjalmar Lindqvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jens-Erik Smedfeldt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hjalmar Lindqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Eric Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Hjeltman's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Lakene IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Liljeström to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Nyqvist in the 35th minute of play forced Lakene IFK's goalkeeper Edgar Stephansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barkarby Runners's Jens-Erik Smedfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Lindqvist in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Eric Hjeltman lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jens-Erik Smedfeldt. In the 43rd match minute, Barkarby Runners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Ferm to maneuver through the defense. Barkarby Runners's Jens-Erik Smedfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Hjeltman in the 45th minute of play. Viggo Eskilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Nyqvist was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Hjeltman in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Erik Smedfeldt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stig-Arne Höijer took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Erik Smedfeldt. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Hjalmar Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lakene IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hjalmar Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Barkarby Runners's zone, Viggo Eskilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt came out of the goal and Viggo Eskilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Hjeltman in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens-Erik Smedfeldt saved Barkarby Runners from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Hjalmar Lindqvist made a precise shot to the right of Jens-Erik Smedfeldt. Barkarby Runners's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Hjeltman in the 76th minute of play forced Barkarby Runners's goalkeeper Jens-Erik Smedfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lakene IFK's zone, Kaj Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Stephansson came out of the goal and Kaj Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hjalmar Lindqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Erik Smedfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Jan-Ove Trillkott hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Viggo Eskilsson struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jens-Erik Smedfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lakene IFK. If Eric Hjeltman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Linberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the Lakene IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
