If Eskil Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Eskil Berggren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Martin Benda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ervalla IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Benda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Opa FF's Sixten Eklund got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Martin Benda struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Jan-Olof Heggert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ervalla IK. In the 40th match minute, Opa FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Eklund to maneuver through the defense. If Martin Benda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eskil Berggren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albin Stor to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Martin Benda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Benda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Olof Heggert having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Opa FF's Márton Révész got a free kick in the 65th minute. Martin Benda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Eskil Berggren made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Olof Heggert. Opa FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskil Berggren in the 79th minute of play forced Opa FF's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Heggert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Olof Heggert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Benda in the 80th minute of play. Ervalla IK's Kenneth Forsman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Ervalla IK from getting a goal against them. Ervalla IK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
