Maximilian Johansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramsele's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Elliott Ekström scored to the left of an out of position Maximilian Johansson, making the score, 1-0. Team-A's Torbjörn Månsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Vennersten in the 23rd minute of play. Freddie Ahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Månsson having to interfere. When Erik Gunnarsson came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Team-A fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Gunnarsson couldn't finish the play. After 33 played minutes Ramsele got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Svanér. If Elliott Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximilian Johansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Gunnarsson's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Team-A's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrik Vennersten came free, but Torbjörn Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Freddie Ahlgren came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ramsele fans jumped to their feet. Elliott Ekström was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Team-A's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Torbjörn Månsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lennart Svanér in the 52nd minute. After 55 minutes Ramsele's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anders Hultstrand who took care of the corner kick. Maximilian Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Ekström in the 57th minute of the match. Elliott Ekström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Gunnarsson in the 60th minute of play forced Ramsele's goalkeeper Maximilian Johansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elliott Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Gunnarsson in the 66th minute of play forced Ramsele's goalkeeper Maximilian Johansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Freddie Ahlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramsele's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddie Ahlgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
