Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Ljungdalen's Eddie Wiberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Henrik Bergdal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Fredriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 9thth minute of the game Börje Wennerqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungdalen's Fred Fredriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrik Bergdal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Hampus Nordlander came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ljungdalen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hampus Nordlander couldn't finish the play. After 14 minutes of play, Stockholm Vikings FC's Henrik Bergdal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fred Fredriksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Stockholm Vikings FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Börje Wennerqvist hit a great ball. Gösta Wästerberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Fanis Giaourtelis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungdalen's zone, Egil Eriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Fredriksson came out of the goal and Egil Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Melker Deckbergh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fanis Giaourtelis, 1-2. Fanis Giaourtelis came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ljungdalen's Hampus Nordlander. But to his dismay, Hampus Nordlander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 31st minute Maxim Herescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Ljungdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Bergdal came free, but Fred Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Egil Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Fredriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Herescu in the 39th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ljungdalen's Melker Deckbergh slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fanis Giaourtelis. That made the score 3-2 after 40 minutes of play. Stockholm Vikings FC's Fanis Giaourtelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Wiberg in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrik Bergdal made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Stockholm Vikings FC's Maxim Herescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fred Fredriksson. That made the score 3-3 after 52 minutes of play. Stockholm Vikings FC's Henrik Bergdal was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 59th match minute, Ljungdalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Thorsberg to maneuver through the defense. Hampus Nordlander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Fanis Giaourtelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Bergdal in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Fredriksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Stockholm Vikings FC's Börje Wennerqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fred Fredriksson. That made the score 3-6 after 75 minutes of play. Börje Wennerqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fred Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Bröms got a throw-in 82 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tor Beckeman. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ljungdalen's goalkeeper Fred Fredriksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Ljungdalen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Stockholm Vikings FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
