Andreas Högström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Östlund having to interfere. Hudiksvall's Karl-Ove Björkqvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for VictoriousFC. After a rather tough play, VictoriousFC's Axel Ånger got a free kick in the 21st minute. Morgan Wallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Markusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Morgan Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Markusson in the 25th minute of play. VictoriousFC's Morgan Wallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Pålsson in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Markusson in the 29th minute of play forced VictoriousFC's goalkeeper Morgan Wallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Kellberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Morgan Wallengren. VictoriousFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Åke Kellberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Morgan Wallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Åkerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, VictoriousFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Högström to maneuver through the defense. Morgan Wallengren came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Hudiksvall's Stig-Åke Kellberg. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Kellberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Morgan Wallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Åkerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Markusson in the 42nd minute of play forced VictoriousFC's goalkeeper Morgan Wallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claes Åkerberg made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by VictoriousFC's Axel Ånger. Sten Östlund came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by VictoriousFC's Bertil Olsson. But to his dismay, Bertil Olsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Markusson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes VictoriousFC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Wiman. Morgan Wallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Markusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, Patric Pålsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Morgan Wallengren, 2-4. Patric Pålsson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Morgan Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Markusson in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Hudiksvall booed when VictoriousFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Berglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Patric Pålsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Wallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, VictoriousFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Markusson came free, but Morgan Wallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Ånger charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Ånger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Axel Ånger kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute Ingvar Markusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Wallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morgan Wallengren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claes Åkerberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 85 minute of play. In the 88th minute, Hudiksvall's Ingvar Markusson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Morgan Wallengren. Morgan Wallengren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6.
