Benjamin Fristedt made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Egil Strömqvist sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the game, Urban Holmgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bredsidastolpein FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norrlandsfotboll FC the free kick. The supporters of Norrlandsfotboll FC booed when Bredsidastolpein FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Holmgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egil Strömqvist to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Leo Wallmark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bredsidastolpein FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Wallmark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Bredsidastolpein FF booed when Norrlandsfotboll FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Hård didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Egil Strömqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 74 minutes into the match, Bredsidastolpein FF's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Lindberg came free, but Torgny Nordkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Bolander during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bredsidastolpein FF's Urban Holmgren got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes, Norrlandsfotboll FC's Ove Rydberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Torgny Nordkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Norrlandsfotboll FC reached it. Benjamin Fristedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Kvalfält in the 90th minute of the match. Benjamin Fristedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Strömqvist in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Norrlandsfotboll FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bredsidastolpein FF.
