Viktor Lindsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Portov, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Douglas Meritis short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Viktor Lindsten to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sune Dalkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Lindsten having to interfere. Viktor Lindsten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Portov in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Torsten Flinck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svinstian FK's Viktor Lindsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Portov in the 24th minute of play. Viktor Lindsten was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Fabiano Portov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabiano Portov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Osvald Westerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boris Malmgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Viktor Lindsten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sune Dalkvist in the 33rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Minnesbergs IF's Douglas Meriti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Viktor Lindsten. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. Viktor Lindsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Portov, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Sune Dalkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viktor Lindsten made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alejandro Ramírez sent off a good shot on target. Peter Wik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Minnesbergs IF's Sune Dalkvist got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Meriti was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Fabiano Portov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Lindsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Minnesbergs IF booed when Svinstian FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Pilblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Alejandro Ramírez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktor Lindsten skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Svinstian FK booed when Minnesbergs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Åke Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Portov in the 83rd minute of play forced Svinstian FK's goalkeeper Viktor Lindsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 84th minute of the match Sune Dalkvist completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sune Dalkvist a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Minnesbergs IF's Sune Dalkvist got a free kick in the 85th minute. Viktor Lindsten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Douglas Meriti went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute of the match, Peter Wik got a very nice opportunity to score, but Boris Malmgren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fabiano Portov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viktor Lindsten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Douglas Meriti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Lindsten having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Minnesbergs IF had played much better football throughout.
