Kacper Pozorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vidar Lustig might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torgny Nyberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vidar Lustig ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vidar Lustig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 9 minutes of play, IFK Ranger's Vidar Lustig made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torgny Nyberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FC Calmare's Kjell Enegren got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 20 minutes of play, IFK Ranger's Vidar Lustig made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torgny Nyberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kacper Pozorski took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torgny Nyberg. Torgny Nyberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Vidar Lustig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torgny Nyberg having to make a save. After some careless play in the FC Calmare defense, Vidar Lustig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torgny Nyberg. The FC Calmare fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torgny Nyberg should have stopped the shot. The corner led IFK Ranger's Saleh Saleh to fire away a dangerous shot which Torgny Nyberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Kacper Pozorski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Ranger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kacper Pozorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, FC Calmare's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Lustig came free, but Torgny Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Calmare players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. IFK Ranger were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Emanuel Wennerquist made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Vidar Lustig notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of FC Calmare's Torgny Nyberg. Torgny Nyberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th minute, one of IFK Ranger:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Ranger. In the 62nd minute, Saleh Saleh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saleh Saleh during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to IFK Ranger getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Saleh Saleh hit a great ball. In the 65th minute of the match Kent Strömqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomas Vennerlund skillfully saved the ball. 74 minutes into the game, IFK Ranger's Vidar Lustig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torgny Nyberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. After a defensive mix-up in FC Calmare's zone, Vidar Lustig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torgny Nyberg came out of the goal and Vidar Lustig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaf Boström took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torgny Nyberg. Torgny Nyberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Gustaf Boström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as IFK Ranger's Karl-Michael Granberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torgny Nyberg. That made the score 1-8 after 88 minutes of play. FC Calmare's Torgny Nyberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save FC Calmare from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Calmare's Kjell Enegren got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vidar Lustig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Torgny Nyberg made a huge save. In the 96th play minute Vidar Lustig came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Torgny Nyberg. 1-9. When the final whistle sounded IFK Ranger left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Calmare.
