Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rudolf Blomqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Osvald Wennerberg fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Mack's protests and gave Osvald Wennerberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Osvald Wennerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Brogren in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reine Lilja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reine Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Lönn in the 7th minute of play. After 11 played minutes FC Mack got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Skager. 17 minutes into the game, Rudolf Blomqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Tunander. Rudolf Blomqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Rudolf Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 26 minutes on the clock, Rikard Hellbom commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Mack! Kjell-Arne Dahlbom hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. FC Mack's Sven-Åke Ånger got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jörgen Brogren was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute Tom Lönn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörgen Brogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Lilja having to interfere. Tom Lönn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Reine Lilja made a huge save. A collision led to FC Mack getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Rudolf Blomqvist hit a great ball. Kjell-Arne Dahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, FC Mack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell-Arne Dahlbom to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC Mack's Reine Lilja got control of the ball when Tom Lönn tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind artemis fc's goalkeeper Emanuel Tunander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute FC Mack were awarded a corner. Rudolf Blomqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. artemis fc were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FC Mack's much stronger midfield.
