When Rudolf Blomqvist came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the FC Mack fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudolf Blomqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Sixten Larsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kungsgården FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Sixten Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kungsgården FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixten Larsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Lilja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reine Lilja made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Sixten Larsson sent off a good shot on target. If Rudolf Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, FC Mack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Wennerberg to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes FC Mack got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Dahlbom. Kungsgården FF made a substitution. Olof Ekström replaced Sixten Larsson. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Mack fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Reine Lilja, was totally fooled by Kungsgården FF's Samuel Fredriksson, who 45 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 48 played minutes FC Mack got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Nyberg. Samuel Fredriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reine Lilja. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuel Fredriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 55th match minute, Kungsgården FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Fredriksson to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, Samuel Fredriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kungsgården FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Mack the free kick. Samuel Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Osvald Wennerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Mack defense, Samuel Fredriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reine Lilja. The FC Mack fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reine Lilja should have stopped the shot. If Samuel Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Ekström in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Mack's goalkeeper Reine Lilja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Fredriksson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reine Lilja having to make a save. Olof Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Reine Lilja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Olof Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reine Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Samuel Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Olof Ekström notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of FC Mack's Reine Lilja. Reine Lilja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
