Karl Hellsing made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Samuel Bjurström sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute of the match Kevin Sjögren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bertil Tidéksson skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Sollefteå BF got a corner. IFÖ Bromölla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Sjögren ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Melker Björkman managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Bertil Tidéksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Charamut went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Anton Tidén came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karl Hellsing could save by the left post. After 36 minutes, Kevin Sjögren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sollefteå BF and the IFÖ Bromölla players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Bjurström in the 57th minute of play forced Sollefteå BF's goalkeeper Karl Hellsing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melker Björkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bertil Tidéksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Charamut in the 60th minute of the match. During the 63rd minute of the match Kevin Sjögren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kevin Sjögren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of IFÖ Bromölla booed when Sollefteå BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Samuel Bjurström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Hellsing was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Karl Hellsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Clementsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixten Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Tidéksson having to interfere. Sollefteå BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixten Ekström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertil Tidéksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sixten Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Melker Björkman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sollefteå BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Björkman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bengt Benet kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Samuel Bjurström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Karl Hellsing was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
