Henrik Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Roger Fredriksson struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Henrik Backman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Island Boys Hisingen. But to his dismay, Harald Nässén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Roger Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaac Larsfält during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Island Boys Hisingen's Isaac Larsfält got a free kick in the 66th minute. Benjamin Vinström's late challenge caught a Hindås's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 92 minutes, Harald Nässén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hindås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harald Nässén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Harald Nässén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Åke Käcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hindås fully deserved thier win.
