With a little luck, TURKIA's Nils Bergfelt got control of the ball when Åke Wennerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gagisha IF's Lars Pil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nils Bergfelt. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. After 15 minutes of play, Gagisha IF's Åke Wennerberg made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Bergfelt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lars Pil succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 19th playminute. 22 minutes into the match, Kjell Hultman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haşim Şahruh. Gagisha IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Hultman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 25th minute Szczepan Kolacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Bergfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antero Soveral hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes, Lars Pil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gagisha IF and the TURKIA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lars Pil hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gagisha IF's Haşim Şahruh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Hultman in the 68th minute of play. Nils Bergfelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Kolacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Lars Pil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils Bergfelt. TURKIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Pil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Nils Bergfelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Kolacki in the 79th minute of play. In the 98th minute of the match, Kjell Hultman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Haşim Şahruh was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gagisha IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while TURKIA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
