Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sten Gustafsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Kristoffer Lekberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sten Backlund. Kristoffer Lekberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sten Gustafsson in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Boström saved Bograngen from getting behind. 9 minutes into the game, Kristoffer Lekberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bograngen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galatasaray the free kick. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kristoffer Lekberg hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Peder Bolin. Vilhelm Boström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Igelström in the 15th minute of the match. Vilhelm Boström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Igelström, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Tomas Lund came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sten Backlund could save by the left post. Kasper Brovall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sten Backlund. Galatasaray's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 31st play minutes Kristoffer Lekberg shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Sten Backlund and just under the crossbar into goal. Bograngen's Vilhelm Boström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Igelström in the 37th minute of play. Tommy Igelström succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Gustafsson in the 50th minute of play forced Bograngen's goalkeeper Vilhelm Boström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kristoffer Lekberg made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Tommy Igelström fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vilhelm Boström, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Tomas Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bograngen's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sten Backlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sten Backlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristoffer Lekberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Sten Backlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Lund in the 73rd minute of play. Jörgen Cane charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörgen Cane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bograngen booed when Galatasaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Cane didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Rudolf Blom shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Backlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sten Backlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristoffer Lekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goalkeeper Vilhelm Boström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Gustafsson. After having played for 86 minutes, Tommy Igelström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Igelström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Galatasaray's Sten Backlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Lund in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Jörgen Cane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Igelström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Boström having to interfere. Sten Gustafsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 98thth minute tested the skills of Vilhelm Boström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Galatasaray's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
