Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tord Björkman kicked off to start the match. Jens-Åke Finsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thieluista Stegel's Aaron Pååk got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tord Björkman struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Edvard Linberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landvetter. When Erland Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Landvetter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erland Carlsson couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Thieluista Stegel's zone, Tord Björkman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Linberg came out of the goal and Tord Björkman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Erland Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Thieluista Stegel's Alvar Colin got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Thieluista Stegel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Ståhlman to maneuver through the defense. Landvetter's Fritz Simonsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Thieluista Stegel. Erland Carlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronny Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jörgen Hellström was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Landvetter getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Hampus Bålström hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erland Carlsson in the 61st minute of play forced Thieluista Stegel's goalkeeper Edvard Linberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Tord Björkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute of the match Fritz Simonsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvard Linberg skillfully saved the ball. Magne Ståhlman charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magne Ståhlman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, Thieluista Stegel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Ståhlman to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Fritz Simonsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvard Linberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Landvetter's Tord Björkman got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tord Björkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tord Björkman sped through Thieluista Stegel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edvard Linberg. Edvard Linberg came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Landvetter's Erland Carlsson. But to his dismay, Erland Carlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Landvetter walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
