Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anton Soned got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Olle Öman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjulsmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Olle Öman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stig-Arne Hylander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurt Ahlroht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Wahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Rickard Ingemarsson fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sjulsmark's protests and gave Rickard Ingemarsson a yellow card for diving instead. Stig-Arne Hylander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Hjelm in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match Anton Blomqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kurt Ahlroht skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st minute, Olle Öman made a precise shot to the right of Stig-Arne Hylander. Edberg United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 27 minutes into the game, Joel Wahlström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kurt Ahlroht. Joel Wahlström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Rosén got free with Kurt Ahlroht in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Hjelm hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. With 46 minutes on the clock, Eric Jonsson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sjulsmark fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

After 54 played minutes Edberg United got a freekick which was hit by Alex Matsson. In the 56th minute, Sjulsmark's Olle Öman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. After 59 played minutes Sjulsmark got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Valström. Fredrik Lindman's late challenge caught a Edberg United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredrik Lindman helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Sjulsmark got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Lindman. In the 64thth minute of the game Lennart Rosén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sjulsmark's Kurt Ahlroht was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kurt Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Rosén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennart Rosén in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurt Ahlroht prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74 minutes, Olle Öman made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Edberg United's Stig-Arne Hylander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Joel Wahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Lennart Rosén notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Sjulsmark's Kurt Ahlroht. Kurt Ahlroht was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Rosén in the 83rd minute of play forced Sjulsmark's goalkeeper Kurt Ahlroht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Rickard Ingemarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Arne Hylander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 6-3 when Joel Wahlström sped through Sjulsmark's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kurt Ahlroht. 89 minutes into the game, Lennart Rosén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-3. Kurt Ahlroht was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kurt Ahlroht stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Wahlström's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. After 98 minutes, Bernt Valström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sjulsmark and the Edberg United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sjulsmark getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Bernt Valström hit a great ball.
