Mathias Bark scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eric Jernberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Busk in the 9th minute of play forced Monroeville Zombies's goalkeeper Eric Jernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 played minutes Monroeville Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Mellberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias Bark got free with Eric Jernberg in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monroeville Zombies's Eric Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Stabbe in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Monroeville Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Abrahamsson. After some careless play in the Monroeville Zombies defense, Mathias Bark kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Jernberg. The Monroeville Zombies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Jernberg should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Busk in the 22nd minute of play forced Monroeville Zombies's goalkeeper Eric Jernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hjalmar Abrahamsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Bark in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eric Jernberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 26 minutes into the game, Souvlaki BK's Helge Cane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Jernberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zebastian Lööf in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Gora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Monroeville Zombies's goalkeeper Eric Jernberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Cane. When Monroeville Zombies's Zebastian Lööf in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Souvlaki BK's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Lööf in the 40th minute of play forced Souvlaki BK's goalkeeper Feliberto Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Souvlaki BK's zone, Hjalmar Abrahamsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Gora came out of the goal and Hjalmar Abrahamsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Zebastian Lööf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Souvlaki BK's Feliberto Gora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathias Bark to make the kick off. Souvlaki BK's Feliberto Gora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Lööf in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Leo Busk made a precise shot to the right of Eric Jernberg. Monroeville Zombies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Ove Bodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Feliberto Gora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61st play minutes Zebastian Lööf shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Feliberto Gora and just under the crossbar into goal. With an all-out effort, Monroeville Zombies's Feliberto Gora threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zebastian Lööf, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leo Busk's late challenge caught a Monroeville Zombies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leo Busk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Leo Busk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zebastian Lööf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ove Bodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Feliberto Gora made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Souvlaki BK's Allan Hägert got a free kick in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Lööf in the 92nd minute of play forced Souvlaki BK's goalkeeper Feliberto Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliberto Gora was a little too slow when Zebastian Lööf got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 4-2. Souvlaki BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Monroeville Zombies for a fine match.
