Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Bodin started the match with the kick off. Thomas Bodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Ahlroht having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Rimbo IF's Thomas Bodin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kurt Ahlroht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Andreas Hjelm made a precise shot to the right of Fredrik Glanselius. Rimbo IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rimbo IF's Fredrik Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Soned in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Rimbo IF getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Patric Öman hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Rimbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Soned came free, but Fredrik Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Rimbo IF's Thomas Bodin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kurt Ahlroht. Kurt Ahlroht yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 29 minutes into the game, Olle Öman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Fredrik Glanselius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Sjulsmark's zone, Thomas Bodin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Ahlroht came out of the goal and Thomas Bodin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mårten Söderquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Kurt Ahlroht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Sjulsmark's goalkeeper Kurt Ahlroht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Bodin. Thomas Bodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sjulsmark's Edward Andersson got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Soned to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomas Bodin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kurt Ahlroht having to make a save. Sjulsmark's Anton Soned got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Andreas Hjelm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sjulsmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rimbo IF the free kick. Kurt Ahlroht stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Bodin's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Thomas Bodin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Kurt Ahlroht was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Rimbo IF's Pär Ahlgren got a free kick in the 67th minute. Olle Öman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Fredrik Glanselius skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 72nd minute, Olle Öman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Rimbo IF's Thomas Bodin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kurt Ahlroht made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 77th match minute, Rimbo IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patric Öman to maneuver through the defense. Olle Öman struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Fredrik Glanselius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjulsmark. Kurt Ahlroht didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Rimbo IF's Thomas Bodin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Fredrik Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Soned in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Bodin in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Ahlroht saved Sjulsmark from getting behind. With a little luck, Rimbo IF's Fredrik Glanselius got control of the ball when Andreas Hjelm tried to sneak it across the goal line.
